1. Acting alone
- An investor asks me: “Do you see the model we need?”
- My answer: “Yes.” I just need a few minutes to identify it and a few more minutes to explain it. It doesn’t matter what sector. That model already exists in my Universe; I know it, I know what it needs and how to shape it. It is a living energy with its own voice, and I listen to it.
Sometimes investors ask me about existing models, operating companies, even unicorns. The question is clear:
“Witch, will this company still be profitable?”
This is where things get tricky. Investors don’t like it when a woman tells them they’re going to lose millions of dollars. At first they would ask me:
“Why is the model going to fail?”
Now they know how I operate.
My answer is simple: “The model doesn’t have the energy,” and I explain what that means. Then I give them options:
- I break the model and extract a key piece, like an archaeologist who finds a valuable fragment, to evolve it.
- Or better yet, I bring something completely new.
In the age of technology, just by looking at your website I can tell how long you’ll be using it.
How I Help CEOs Evolve Their Business Models
A CEO asks me:
«We are a global company in a world where technology is advancing rapidly. How should our model evolve?»
CEOs are under a lot of pressure. Most of the time they have been hired and follow orders from investors. And when they are in trouble, they seek out the Business Witch. I listen to them.
After all, my job is to help the CEO achieve success. But not with conventional strategies. I create formulas, and in my universe of design and prediction, the evolution of a model is not a matter of chance, but of precision.
So I give the CEO options:
- We will break the current model and design new pieces. Then, I will tell you what minds you need to execute it.
- Or we will bring evolved models, more advanced options that you can choose from. In addition, I will integrate technology as a key ingredient in the recipe. I will know what percentage should enter the equation.
Why? Because in the Witch’s kitchen there is everything: humans, technologies, designs, parts, civilizations… My method has no borders.

The Witch’s Quantum Design Thinking Method
Explaining my methods is to delve into the intersection between science, intuition and strategy. I don’t work with traditional projections or linear market analysis. My approach is quantum.
The Quantum Design Thinking I have developed is not based on past trends, but on the ability to access the invisible patterns that govern the evolution of business, technology and industries.
- I see what is coming because I do not analyze from the present, but from the multiple possible futures.
- I design the future because I identify which pieces must change, evolve or be replaced.
- I create business models that thrive because I not only detect opportunities, but I make the model vibrate at the right frequency for it to work.
It is as if I can enter the source code of the universe and bring the best version of a business before others even imagine it.
This method is unconventional, but it is precise. And those who have worked with me know that when the Witch of Business says something is going to happen, it happens.
