These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase and use of advisory services provided by Yanina Vallejos through this website. By purchasing any service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
1. Nature of the Services
All services offered by Yanina Vallejos consist of independent strategic advisory sessions based on her professional expertise and methodology.
The purchase of a service does not guarantee any specific business, financial, commercial, or personal outcome.
2. No Refund Policy
All purchases are final.
No refunds will be issued under any circumstance once payment has been successfully completed.
If the purchaser is unable to use the purchased service, the service may be transferred to another individual, provided that Yanina Vallejos or her assistant is notified in writing before the scheduled service.
Purchased services remain valid for up to six (6) months from the date of purchase.
Unused services expire automatically after this period.
3. Contact Information
The purchaser must provide a valid email address or another valid communication method during checkout.
This contact information will be used by Yanina Vallejos or her assistant to coordinate the purchased service.
Yanina Vallejos is not responsible for delays or failures caused by incorrect, invalid, inaccessible, or non-functioning contact information provided by the purchaser.
If the purchaser cannot be contacted using the information provided, the purchased service will remain subject to the six-month validity period described above.
4. Confidentiality
All communications between Yanina Vallejos and the purchaser are strictly confidential.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- emails
- written notes
- documents
- strategic recommendations
- voice communications
- online meetings
- any supporting materials
Neither party may disclose, distribute, reproduce, publish, share, or transmit confidential information without prior written consent from the other party.
Unauthorized disclosure may result in legal action under the applicable laws and jurisdiction governing the parties involved.
5. Recording Policy
Meetings, consultations, interviews, or advisory sessions with Yanina Vallejos may not be audio recorded, video recorded, screen recorded, photographed, livestreamed, transcribed by AI tools, or otherwise captured in any form without prior written authorization.
Unauthorized recording constitutes a violation of these Terms and Conditions.
6. Intellectual Property
All ideas, frameworks, methodologies, concepts, presentations, written responses, diagrams, strategic recommendations, and proprietary materials remain the exclusive intellectual property of Yanina Vallejos unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
The purchase of a service does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.
7. Scheduling and Rescheduling
Sessions will be scheduled according to Yanina Vallejos’ availability.
If rescheduling is necessary, reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate both parties.
Failure by the purchaser to attend a scheduled session without prior notice may result in forfeiture of that session.
8. Limitation of Liability
Yanina Vallejos provides professional strategic guidance based on experience, research, and judgment.
The purchaser remains solely responsible for all business, financial, legal, operational, and personal decisions resulting from the implementation or non-implementation of any recommendations.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the applicable laws determined by the jurisdiction specified at the time of purchase or otherwise agreed between the parties.
10. Acceptance
By purchasing any service through this website, the purchaser confirms acceptance of these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
